The frequency depends on your diagnosis and complaints. Typically, 1-3 treatments per week over a period of 4-12 weeks are recommended. Your treating doctor prescribes the number of sessions.

Do I need a doctor's prescription?

Yes, for billing with health insurance you need a prescription from your doctor. Private treatments are also possible without a prescription.

What should I bring to treatment?

Please bring your doctor's prescription, comfortable athletic clothing, a towel, and possibly medical reports or X-rays. For the first treatment, please plan about 45-60 minutes.

Does health insurance cover the costs?

Statutory health insurance covers the costs with a doctor's prescription. You only pay the statutory co-payment of 10 euros per prescription plus 10% of treatment costs. Private insurance is billed according to individual rates.

How long does a treatment session last?

A standard treatment lasts 20 minutes. Depending on the prescription and therapy type, treatment times can vary between 15 and 60 minutes.
