Enhancement of mobility and flexibility
Strengthening & Coordination
Building muscle strength and movement control
Relaxation & Prevention
Preventative care and stress reduction through targeted therapy

Classical Massage Therapy
Classical massage therapy (CMT) is a localised mechanical individually dosed application which, through various manual techniques, has a positive effect on musculature, skin, subcutaneous tissue, tendons and connective tissue. It provides pain-relieving, circulation-enhancing, decongestant and relaxing effects.

Connective Tissue Massage
Connective tissue massage (CTM) positively influences the autonomic nervous system. Through targeted techniques, muscle blockages are released and organ functions improved. Particularly effective for respiratory conditions, musculoskeletal disorders, arthrosis and rheumatic diseases.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle method in which superficial fluid accumulations are encouraged to drain away. Through the lymphatic vessels, fluid is removed using various techniques such as stationary circles, rotary movements, scoop grip and transverse grip.

Hot Air / Fango
Fango is a healing mineral mud of volcanic origin which serves as a heat carrier. Alternatively, we offer hot air treatment with infrared lamps. Both therapies provide pain-relieving, relaxing and circulation-enhancing effects, and strengthen the immune system.

Pain Therapy
Specifically for muscle and joint pain that cannot be explained diagnostically. In a one-hour osteopressure and stretching programme, we analyse your pain and treat it in a targeted manner. In 90% of cases, pain can be significantly reduced after 1-2 treatments.

Reflexology
The foot is viewed as a map of the body. Through targeted pressure on specific zones, organs can be stimulated and their function promoted. Effective for spinal conditions, joint strain, headaches, digestive disorders and sleep disturbances.

Electrotherapy / Ultrasound
Electrotherapy utilises the conductivity of the human body for targeted treatments. Through electrical impulses, muscles and nerves are stimulated, which contributes to pain relief and muscle strengthening.

Bobath Therapy
A neurophysiological treatment method used particularly for children and following strokes. The therapy is embedded in play situations and promotes sensorimotor, emotional and cognitive development.

Vojta Therapy
A recognised therapy for children and adults. Through targeted pressure on specific body zones, movements are reflexively triggered which promote motor development. Particularly effective in developing movement patterns such as crawling and walking.

PNF - Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
A concept for improving movement patterns such as walking, uprightness, coordination and stability. Through external and proprioceptive stimuli, movement sequences are coordinated and muscle tone normalised. Particularly effective following strokes.

Schroth Therapy for Scoliosis
A conservative treatment method for scoliosis and postural weaknesses. Through special breathing exercises and active corrections, a counter-rotation of the affected spinal segments is achieved. The aim is long-term postural correction.

TMD Support for Muscular Relaxation
For muscular relaxation and promotion of circulation, the application of a TMD-accompanying cream can be beneficial. The cream is manually dosed and applied specifically to affected areas. This therapy supports the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders and associated tension.

Manual Therapy & Heat Treatment
Through targeted manual therapy, tension in the deep musculature can be released. This particularly affects tense muscle groups around the shoulder blades and joint areas. Complementary heat application before massage can additionally support this effect and promote relaxation.

KGG - Medical Exercise Therapy
A training concept for maintaining therapeutic success and muscle strength. In small groups of a maximum of three patients, you train for one hour on equipment and on the mat. Ideal for long-term therapeutic success and motivating training in a group setting.

RAT - Reflex Respiratory Therapy
A special form of physiotherapy encompassing postural drainage, thoracic exercises and muscle strengthening. In a one-hour treatment, you learn exercises to improve your respiratory problems and expand your breathing capacity.
