Praxis Pirnay has been in Worringen since 1981. It was the first physiotherapy practice in the area and is the oldest of our three locations. The family atmosphere has remained.
In 2025/26 we renovated and modernised the practice on Hackhauser Weg. It has seven rooms; the therapy rooms are bright and get plenty of daylight.
Our patients come from Worringen, Pulheim, Pesch, Chorweiler, Longerich, Roggendorf, Fühlingen and Dormagen. Many of them are children, and many have a neurological condition.

Many people come to Worringen with a neurological condition. We treat them with neurological physiotherapy (KG-ZNS) based on the Bobath concept – at the practice, at home or in a nursing home.
Many children are treated in Worringen as well. Owner Ellyn Pirnay, a state-certified physiotherapist whose focus is Bobath therapy for children, works at all three Praxis Pirnay locations.
